It is estimated that 180 million people in the world have diabetes right now. This number is expected to increase significantly in the next twenty years.
There are currently 24 Million People in the United States that are living with Diabetes
Approximately 90% of the estimated 180 million people have type 2 diabetes.
The question is not "Do you know someone with Diabetes?
The question is "How many people do you know that have Diabetes?"
Let me start of by stating that the 24 for 24 Challenge is a worldwide initiative. It is up to you to determine who you want to support, in what country.
Do you think it is possible to raise one dollar for every person with diabetes in the United States for Diabetes organizations around the world?
